Can I register the day of the event?
Possibly. . . it depends on if the event sells out during pre-registration. A notice will be posted on the registration page if the event is sold out. Please check the event schedule to view registration and packet pick up times. If the event is not sold out, please plan on arriving one hour before the event to allow time to register and/or pick up your packet!
Can I pick up my packet the day of the event?
Yes, you can pick up your packet on the day of the event and ONLY on the day of the event. Please check the event schedule to view registration and packet pick up times. Please plan on arriving one hour before the event to ensure time to register and/or pick up your packet!
Are strollers allowed on the course?
No. Due to the narrow trails, strollers are not allowed on the course.
Can I get a refund?
The entry fees are non refundable and non transferable.
What is your t-shirt policy?
Due to popular demand, the t-shirts are long sleeve performance shirts. Two weeks before the event, we order t-shirts based on the number of existing registrants and the sizes ordered. In order to thank the pre-registered runners, we require on site registrants to pick up your t-shirt AFTER you finish your run, allowing the pre-registered runners ample time to pick up their shirts.
If we run out of shirts for that race, we will have other items such as hats or socks to choose from. Due to increasing costs, we can not re-order t-shirts, or take inventory from the next month’s order. Thank you!

What if it rains?
UPDATED!!!! Due to the Holy Fire, flooding and debris flows may occur during upcoming rain events, affecting Trabuco Creek, adjacent to the O’Neill Regional Park Campground and trails. The predicted or actual rainfall exceeds safe thresholds and conditions exist that pose imminent threat to life and property. The Emergency Operations Center will determine if it is safe to hold the event. In case of cancellation, we will make all efforts to reschedule or relocate the event.
It DID Rain! (UPDATED 2/11/19) - DUE to the recent rains, Holy Fire and this week's forecast, we are RELOCATING the event to Irvine Regional Park. We will be running on the interior park roads.
Why is there just one event this year instead of a series!?
A combination of factors such as increasing costs, busy event schedule (of other events we produce), course restrictions, etc! We appreciate your support and hope to see you in February!
